Sweet Potato Hash for Breakfast!
INGREDIENTS
- 1-2 sweet potatoes, shredded
- 1 lb ground meat of choice
- ½ tsp sage
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Himalayan Pink salt
- ½ tsp fennel(optional)
- 1 tbsp FOC (coconut oil, olive oil, butter)
DIRECTIONS
- Heat skillet over medium heat and add FOC.
- Add sweet potato to skillet and saute until soft and slightly brown.
- Add ground meat and remaining spices, cook until meat is no longer pink.
