Better-for-You Breakfast Sausage
INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb. ground meat (you can use chicken, turkey, pork, etc..)
- 2 tsp. sage
- 1 1/2 tsp. fennel
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- Salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Mix meat and spices in a medium bowl with a tablespoon drop the meat mixture onto a lined baking sheet.
- Flatten into patties with the back of the spoon cook about 15 minutes.
- Check the center for doneness or use a meat Thermometer.
